JPGR&B SUBS 28th Dec 2023		The Liverpool University Press website today lists the publication of the book to be 19 December 2023, so I have reflected that date in this entry for the book. My ordered copy of the book finally arrived with me today, Thursday 28 December 2023.



JPGR&B SUBS 3rd Nov 2023		Liverpool University Press advised me today that the book now has a publication date of 30 November., put back from 1 October 2023.
