(1950 as h/cvr omnibus including #3; 1967 as separate book) #3: "one against the legion" (1950) q.v., (1967), q.v. (1950 in h/cvr omnibus with #2; 1967 as separate book, adding the legion of space novella:) "nowhere near" (apparently original to the 1967 mmpb of #3) omnibus of #2 & #3: #O1: ''the cometeers (omnibus)'' (1950), q.v. omnibus of #1, #2 & #3 plus the novella, "nowhere near": #O: "three from the legion" (mmpb 5/1980; merkin sfbc h/cvr restricted to club members 12/1979), q.v. a further novel is set after the disbanding of the legion: #4: "the queen of the legion" (1983), q.v. and a final legion of space short story appeared: "the luck of the legion" absolute magnitude & aboriginal #19, summer-fall 2002 (6/2002) (i do not know when, by the series internal chronology, the novella and the short story occur.)
