ppint. 9th Jan 2018		contents of the first uk hardcover edition, rupert hart-davis 1951 as "the silver locusts", differ, as do uk editions that follow it, by dropping ''usher II'' and adding ''the fire balloons'' (short story) imagination vol.2 #2, 4/1951 as ' ''in this sign...'' ' whereas uk p/b editions from corgi books, though entitled "the silver locusts", follow the contents of this doubleday h/cvr, "the martian chronicles".
