(check) including titles, indicia, 2pp. b+w map etc, end pp. advertising see indicia publishing history to see if carcass of copy held was canadadian- or merkin- printed no priority established nor liable to be, both state pocket books edition published february 1977; ° - canadian-carcassed copies bear small white maple leaf symbol on front cover advising published in canada, which may indicate their card covers were printed in canada - check inside of cover for specific statement of this; - and also to distinguish from undated near-identical third and fourth printings, by added lines stating such further printings
