ppint. 1st Nov 2018		my copy has a fold-out green & black-printed card advert for the merkin science fiction book club bound in between pp. 64 & 65 offering their two-volume hardcover edition of "a treasury of great science fiction " (edited by anthony boucher) for a dime (10¢) with one year's membership (minimum purchase four books): i don't know whether this was bound into the entire print run.
