 two near-identical printings/editions, not including the uk p/b, sharing merkin-printed covers and hence also cat#, cover price and

cover art by robert logrippo (the mirror image of that for volume I)

refer to the indica to determine whether the carcass of the copy you hold was merkin- or canadadian-printed. no priority established nor now liable to be.

the uk p/b shares the robert logrippo cover art and most of the typography, but bears a different cat# and sbn9, and cover price(s), and somewhat different publisher name.
