ppint. 20th Dec 2017		there are two or more near-identical ace books printings with this cat#, cover art by jack gaughan (signed with his "jg" monogram, credited) cover price 60¢ 192pp. including titles, indica, introduction by forrest ackerman etc, end p. advertising the two known variants differ as to the books advertised on the final printed page: one includes "space chantey" by r. a. lafferty b/w "pity about earth" by ernest hill, ace H-56; and the other, "the broken lands" by fred saberhagen, ace 08130. there could be further printings before ace 76501 was published with new cover art (1973).
