 "the wheels of if" was also published as half a popular library double mmpb, "the virgin & the wheels" (1976), q.v.
and again, as half a tor books "tor double" series mmpb (1990) together with
"the pugnacious peacemaker", an authorised sequel novella by harry turtledove, q.v.
