ppint. 31st Jan 2020		ace books mmpb first printing, first edition half a classic "ace double" format mmpb with two front covers, contents tête-beché to each other cover art by ed emshwiller (signed "emsh", uncredited) (art re-used on "non-stop" aldiss, digit books (1959) q.v.) cover price 35¢ ½ 256pp. including 2 x titles, indicia etc, advertising pp. in-between the "double"'s halves



ppint. 20th Aug 2018		(aka) - revised, expanded upon inclusion in - "equator" (1961, 1963), q.v. - though, oddly unannounced, that book includes the novelette, "segregation" (new worlds #73, 7/1958)° ° - as do the later nel uk p/bs (though they at least do mention its inclusion on their title pages).
