PhilMH 2nd Oct 2017		Bought this on sale at HMV in Birmingham, England at the end of June, forgetting that I had already bought it in Adelaide, Australia in October 2005! The US version was released on Tuesday 15th February (according to an archived Verve website, and the Copyright Office registration for James Gavin's new notes); Amazon Germany says 22nd February, also a Tuesday, which seems slightly odd for a German release, so I have just gone with February. Australian release date of 7th March 2005 comes from the weekly Platterlog new release sheet with that date.
