RogerFoster 13th Feb 2016		I've now entered my earlier copy PhilMH .. it too has a basic insert/4-page booklet with the two centre pages left blank.



PhilMH 13th Feb 2016		Hi Roger, yours sounds like the circa 1992 PolyGram reissue. The first UK/Europe CD issue was via BMG, cat # WD72604, released in December 1987 according to Sharon Davis' book. It too has a basic insert - a 4-page booklet with the 2 middle pages blank - but at least the (P) 1972 date is correct!



RogerFoster 13th Feb 2016		I have an earlier "Europe" (or possibly UK) CD version of this that has a rudimentary insert rather than a booklet .. Cat #530 028-2 Barcode 731453002821. No date of release on it however, apart from 1974 which is a decade pre-CD and two years later than the original vinyl release so I don't know where that came from!!
