PhilMH 22nd Nov 2015		European release (released in UK 4 August 2014 according to UK Amazon - seems pretty reasonable to me, I'm not as dismissive about Amazon's information as another site is), and also released in Australia on 8 August 2014. A pretty good set, using earlier 1990s and 2000s remasters, though unfortunately not "The Complete Atomic Basie" for the first CD. The second CD, with Tony Bennett, I find the least satisfying, and that is down to Mr. Bennett's unsubtle interpretations, very little in the way of dynamics, everything being belted full blast - "Sexy Rexy" Harrison still owns "I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face", I think. "Basie At Birdland" is the band in their live element, though there are times when the audience needs to STFU!
