I recall adding at least a couple of entries where there are disc options for CBS and Columbia, and have always entered them separately.

CBS label code is LC 0149 and Columbia is LC 0162 as seen on the discs presented. So yes they are different labels. Confusion was caused in 1988 when Sony bought the CBS Records label and renamed it Columbia Records. Prior to this Columbia was a UK (international) label owned by EMI. A quantum problem - technically the CDs are same and different at the same time. However, there are definitely different labels on the same product on this entry. Separate entries are required for each label.
