I can't disagree with those sentiments, especially after his comments about the Bible and the Koran the other day. This should NEVER be a platform for that kind of comment. It wasn't up for long before the offensive part was removed.

I see that PPint is causing mischief again on 45worlds.

I see there are over 69,000 members here, and PPint the only one that is consistently out of step with EVERYONE else. Attention seeking at best or a troll at worst. PPint probably loves the fact that (s)he’s the only one talked about, and seems to like causing more work for the moderators.

I make this comment about moderators as I have checked out a number of comments made by this person on the various forums and sections when I noticed that a comment (s)he made in the forums the other day was insulting some religious groups and others, but it has now been changed by a moderator. In my opinion he should be given the ultimatum:- fall into line or go somewhere else to cause mischief and I don’t mean 45 spaces or 45cat.

Actually scrub that, throw this troll out for good and all.

Would it be too much to ask that you provide both important information and correct use of punctuation and capital letters? Please?

hell, yeah!, fokeman - the "incorrect" use of capital letters by this particular catter is far more important than the accuracy and even presence of the bibliographic and other recorded "minutiae" - including information on series and two-way links to & from their elements: it's not as though it's the information regarding the various forms of recorded music - or of the books and their contents, or of the recorded films and t.v., and theirs, and to their interrelationships - that really matters now, not in comparison with so heinous a crime - is it?

- except that various other contributors' variations in usage and formatting, including Apparently randomly Capitalising every other Word, or Possibly every other Other Word, or Not, or spellingz, or Using numera1s INSTEAD OF l3tt3rs or w0rds, or erratic or perhap's its consis'tently incorrect use of apostrophe's, or committing malapropisms or whatever, parses without excoriation, expectoration or exorcism being ejaculated, performed or taken . . .

- so is it possible that the provision of accurate bibliographic "minutiae" regarding books and their contents, and the various forms of recorded music, etc., may actually be of greater, rather than lesser, import?

- and, fwiw, "inexplicably" may not be quite le mot juste, given explication has in fact been provided more than once; and, in fact and indeed, once quite recently. . .

Quote:
does bother to give such minor details as composers as given in the booklet, on the tray inlay, or even on the disc itself - unlike certain contributors...

... but is inexplicably manifestly incapable of ever bothering to use a capital letter or appropriate punctuation in ANYTHING he contributes, which is significantly more annoying than the absence of minutiae!

Let me explain the role of a moderator in these circumstances. When a member uploads an entry, the moderators will “verify” its existence and check for accuracy prior to “approval” The most reliable way of doing this is where images accompany the entry. Failing this, we then check any reference books that we may have, internet sites etc. for verification. Limited time is spent looking for confirmation. In this case we cannot find any reference to this entry in relation to a European release. Meeting up with members to verify entries is not an approved method as yet. Perhaps it may be after Brexit is sorted!!!!

it being of course not possible that yr hmbl srppnt. has entered the data for this or any other item owned, physically held and examined by myself correctly. . .

..though yr hmbl srppnt. does bother to give such minor details as composers as given in the booklet, on the tray inlay, or even on the disc itself - unlike certain contributors...

- the item may be examined by others by appointment with myself and in my presence at such a place and time as may be convenient to and agreed with me; other terms and conditions may apply as yr hmbl srppnt. from time to time deems fit, appropriate and/or necessary.

With no images it could be one of many. The only one that I could see with a continuous cat # was the Brazilian one. We need to catch sight of the disc or covers to establish a correct entry

The only one I can find with that cat# is Brazilian. Some images would help here.
