 Released in the USA, Canada and EU. What makes this a UK specific release? Is it because it was released a day before everywhere else in the UK whereas it was released on the 6th everywhere else? Even the owners this on this site are not all from the UK and I'm sure they'll be more from further afield turning up too. See here for more on this international set.

 Finally opened up this package and scanned both discs. Booklet is impossible to scan as it would destroy the spine
