PhilMH 16th Mar 2016		Doesn't look US to me either, Roger, mainly because of the catalogue number: US PolyGram formatted their numbers differently at the time, so if this had received a US release, the catalogue number would have been styled 31453-0547-2. Also, this is not listed in any Schwanns of the period, and the fact that Motown/PolyGram had released a 2CD Anthology on the group in the same year makes the release of this in the US a bit less likely. The label code, French distribution code, and the European rights societies also would not have appeared on a US release.



RogerFoster 16th Mar 2016		Discogs have this as a US release, though they also have a "UK/Europe" issue that has the same catalogue number. To me this looks "European" rather than "U.S." (no "printed in The U.S." etc.) so I've compromised and entered it as international.
