 "The Rainbow" is actually a new song written by Petula and Tony Hatch, who wrote most of her hits from the 1960s. It's easily confused with "Look to the Rainbow," from the 1968 film Finian's Rainbow.



Petula redid "Look to the Rainbow" in 1998.

 Here's "Living for Today." These will probably be Petula's final recordings in a career that spanned more than 60 years.

 Impressive performance by a classy lady, excellent surprise. A nice break for those looking for a more adult contemporary hard to come by these days. Tight work whole CD the real wow came with the remake of The Rainbow.
