Two release dates in The Great Rock Discography for cat# 7567-92442-2 are October 1994 + August 1997. Wouldn't be sure which one this is no releases logged for 1995. Cat# on listing is wrong should be 7567-92442-2, the one here is missing the last hyphen. Correction submitted.

This album has carried me over hill and dale, and for many a mile... It's Yompin' music.
As someone who walks a great deal, I would say this is the one to listen to if you are setting off on a long walk, as it has the perfect combination of the right tempo, and the necessary force to drive me along, and match a strident walking pace.
While joggers may need something a little quicker, this hits a little slower, but a lot harder.
Some double albums take longer to get into than more polished, and concise single albums, but if you work your way into it, and let it work it's way into you, it will rapidly become your favourite Led Zep album.
It also features the best rock drumming track ever in the shape of: In My Time Of Dying, which has the single most compulsive and insistent drums ever put to record (When that guy hit the skins... they stayed hit!) Keith Moon may have been a more pyrotechnical drummer, but to hit the drums as hard, and as quick as John Bonham is a unique talent that will never be matched again.
So if you plan to get fit, walk, don't run (that is, enjoy the experience of covering 10 miles rather than torture, and probably half kill yourself for 2!), put this on, and walk.
