 I think the 7599... version may have been released on a expected demand, or prior success record basis!!
The last five digits seem to allocted where catalogue spaces remained at the issue time.
This cd appears to be the only one with the US number included. Future ones dropped this!

 I have had my copy of this since the early1990's and I have it as a 1987 release

 Changed to International (note both US and Europe catalogue numbers shown on the CD).

I suspect this is a 2002 reissue (note the Euro cat no is very close to the 2002 issue of Decade we already have on) - can anyone confirm/deny?
