PhilMH 30th Apr 2016		ICE Newsletter says 12th May 1992 for the US release, but R.E.D. CD catalogue says July 1993 for the UK release, which was probably this pressing, and which then got released in Australia on 18th October 1993 (and I bought it in 1995). So, International at least, maybe put July 1993 in as the date for now.
RogerFoster 30th Apr 2016		No indication of the issue date on here (yet again), though judging from the Cat # 1992 looks most likely.
