 I think the Lord Fauntleroy shirts and knickerbockers (as they are called in the UK - knickers are women's panties here) were also meant to help in the visualisation of the name 'Young Rascals'.

 But Quad5point1 … That was their eye-catching stage costume of Knickers, Lord Fauntleroy shirts and peaked caps all of which added to the bright image they created with their music.

Or at least that's what the sleeve notes for their first LP say. :)

 I know there was some weird fashions back in the 60's but the shirts on that first album must take 1st prize for the worst shirt ever made, those collars, yuck.

 Added a full set of images.

The packaging is an outer "box" with five individual slipcases, that replicate the artwork of the original LPs. "Freedom Suite" was originally a Double LP, however both original discs appear on the one CD.
