Darbs2 1st Nov 2021		Tending to lean towards quad5point1s evidence on this one . Although the Bill Wyman label on the U.S 1967 single does throw people off course a bit.



Quad5point1 SUBS 26th Oct 2021		I think that may refer to the writing credits. The album isn't sold as The Rolling Stones & Bill Wyman or The Rolling Stones feat. Bill Wyman just The Rolling Stones. Further information can be found HERE There are 23 CD's and 21 LP's listed on the site which includes career spanning Bill Wyman Anthologies and not one disc has this track on it. If it's his, and his alone, then why doesn't it get included on any of his back catalogue discs?. As I said before, this was only ever released as a single in the USA credited to Bill Wyman. On Bill Wyman's own website you can browse through The Bill Wyman Archive where, if you scroll through 1967 to 2nd December you can find his own personal recollections which state "Release of the Rolling Stones' 16th US single In Another Land b/w The Lantern - London 45-Lon.907. Got to No.64 in the charts". Strange that the writer of the song would put on his own website that In Another Land is A Rolling Stones record and not his own. Who am I to argue with the guy that wrote it



Darbs2 26th Oct 2021		Beg to differ Quad5 , but reading the back sleeve correctly , track 3 with asterisk does refer all tracks Rolling Stones except * Bill Wyman.



Quad5point1 SUBS 31st Aug 2021		In Another Land was only ever given a single release in the USA and credited to Bill Wyman alone. In the UK it was released on the album as a Roling Stones track and not a single. The people involved in the making of the track were;- The Rolling Stones Bill Wyman - lead vocals, bass, piano, Hammond organ Mick Jagger - backing vocals Keith Richards - acoustic guitar, backing vocals Brian Jones - Mellotron, sound effects Charlie Watts - drums Additional musicians Nicky Hopkins - harpsichord Ronnie Lane - backing vocals Steve Marriott - backing vocals Full details on Wikipedia
