Well, it turns out from checking my Platterlogs that this wasn't released in Australia at all! However, according to Music Master, it was released in the UK in April 1989, but the label is given as London. Lulu's website shows an alternate version of the front cover with the London logo rather than Deram, but the disc image shown is Deram, though slightly different. No release date is stated.

UK front cover with London logo

UK Deram disc, slight variant.

Given the period, I would make the country "International", as there were few CD plants outside Europe, USA, and Japan, and PolyGram widely exported their releases to their other overseas branches. I can't get at my Australian catalogues from 1989 right at this minute, but I suspect that this same pressing was released here too.

I found a few errors in the track listings of this disc. Track #12 is The Tymes' "So MUCH In Love", (composers: Jackson, Joseph, Williams), not the Cole Porter song "So In Love".
Track #14 "Dream Lover" composer: Bobby Darin. I am not sure of the correct country of release. Cat #s seem to match other entries for Deram (Germany), and also Deram (Europe), if it makes any difference.
