PhilMH 30th Sep 2017		I have just used the copyright year as the release date in the absence of any fuller date, but it is probably correct. In England, though, this apparently was released in a two-cd set with Volume Two (821 990-2) in July 1984, according to an ad in the September 1985 Gramophone, and the listing in the 1988 Music Master. The two volumes were released separately in Australia some time before August 1988 (the earliest Platterlog catalogue that I have). I never got around to getting Volume Two until 2001, when I bought the 1997 Verve Master Edition (already in the database).
