Corrections have been sent on this one but the Mods have not yet dealt with them or have misconceived what gregs78s and I have put forward. This entry was created as an Australian issue which has a unique barcode 0828768316528 (see my images) as listed on this entry. This is, however not the international barcode which is 828768316528 (see gregs78s images). So a new International entry for gregs78s images needs to be created and the country on this entry should be changed back to Australia. Hmmm.. very similar to Parliament's "best of" Spectrum produced CD we grappled with a few years back. It seems that sometimes, depending on the companies involved, Australian CDs are assigned an extra 0 in the barcode field. So the data as entered on this page is unique to the Australian edition and the added images by gregs78s need to be moved to create a new entry. Correction sent.

You seem to have little faith in Discogs Lee ;),personally,i've used them a lot whilst adding my collection, and reckon they're right about 80% of the time (similar to us i suspect,...ducks for cover;),so i would think that would make them mainly "Discrights";).Your Australian copy looks OK on Discogs doesn't it?(at least they spotted the "0",unlike me ;),as for the Brazilian copy, and whilst,i too like to normally see photographic evidence somewhere,in this case, the fact that someone has entered all the Brazilian details (under"companies, etc"),surely means that someone had at least one physical issue to copy from?(and also the fact that 7 Discogs members own one),leads me to believe that there was a Brazilian release,in which case ,mine will still need to be made International,(easily changed back to just European if not).I understand where you're coming from Lee,trouble is,as you say,if you're a fan of a band (even a casual one),a new release from them can often dissappoint, not meeting your expectations, whereas,if you come back to a band after not hearing their stuff for quite a while (like me,here),the album can sound better,as you've not had anything to compare it to for quite a while,so,this is one of those "put on the back-burner" CD's,that i can't quite bring myself to get rid of yet, probably ending up in the "i'll give it another play later" pile, trouble is,that pile gets bigger and bigger;).

Hi Greg, personally I'd make a European entry if your going on Discwrongs as a basis of your information. They got my copy wrong and have no pics of the said Brazillian copy and in reality would either disc turn up in both markets and if the Brazilian copy says Made In Brazil it should be listed as such in my book. That's just my personal feeling on how we should go about things not site policy which of course is different.
Back to the album though Greg. I really liked "Give Out But Don't Give Up" and in many ways this album is an attempt to go back to that formula and knock out a good old fashioned party rock album. So if I want to hear Primal Scream doing this I listen to "Give Out But Don't Give Up" and funnily enough I played it the other day. This one was left safely tucked away in its case for another day or never. I know it's not atrocious but I did have high expectations of this one and was disappointed with it when it came out. It kind of marks the end of the band as a creative force to me.

Ooops, did i make a mistake,i must be human after all (damn;)(with (middle) age comes a dimming of the brain and eyes;),well spotted Lee,thanks, request submitted to create separate International entry from my submission (82876831652/82876831652 also issued in Brazil). As for the album,i didn't think it was that bad, just basic rock,i've heard a lot worse;),anyhow, each to their own.

Barcodes are different here Greg. 0828768316528 for Australian copy and 828768316528 for the European issue - a retraction of the international request is in order I think. Yup, the dreaded Australian preceding 0 returns to haunt us again it's caught me out before too. Not to bad? Too bad to give away without feeling guilty, though. It might look good as a medallion or stuck on a funny hat.

Nice packaging, good titles and the "Bunnies" legendary Will Sergeant guesting but nothing can save this effort from being LAME, LAME, LAME. Minus a 1000 out of 10.
