 Sweet Things - Track 05

.....a smashing rendition of the Mickey Stevenson penned gem "SWEET THING" that he cut on The Spinners, back in 1964 at Motown.
Taken at a faster clip, it is one of my favourites, and of course seeing Georgie at The Flamingo in '66 was cool.
During the video, the original sleeve of the album where this track originated pops up, which an old friend had back in the day, I thought in stereo, as the mono album is shown.

I have claimed ownership of the CD, which I will have to dig out, but I have the album also, from a few years earlier "20 Beat Classics", a mid price item, If I recall.
