Roger, the Internet Archive is your friend - sometimes! Here is the link to that site's page which gives all the credits, though the PDF link on the page doesn't work because that document couldn't have been archived.
Don'cha just LOVE modern technology ... the back of the slipcase informs us that to find out the full credits we should visit www.musicmadesimple.info. Needless to say, the site no longer exists ... I expect this is what we are going to have to get used to with downloads etc. in the future. So, apart from "Goin' Places" and "Triumph" (where they get a mention on the back of the original LP sleeves) songwriters credits are sketchy.
Apart from that this must be of interest to barcodeaholics as the back sleeves of "Triumph" and "Victory" have their own barcodes ... this made me think that maybe they had been issued separately until I had a Eureka moment and realised that they were the barcodes on the original LPs!! So don't be too surprised if at some stage they make their own appearance here courtesy of someone who picked them up in a charity shop.
Oh .. and "Mick Jagger" sings on "State Of Shock" (CD 5, Track 5). I'd have put that in the tracklisting except that it doesn't get a mention on the back of the slipcase which is where I initially entered everything from.
