 Syco (Syco Entertainment) is a joint venture between Simon Cowell & Sony Music. Syco Music must be amalgamation of the two company names although they also use Syco Records.

There is a Wikipedia entry here that states Syco Music/Syco Records is a UK based label and it also shows them as a Sony Music subsidiary (but then Wikipedia is not always 100% correct).

Where RCA comes into the mix it I have no idea yet his Wikipedia entry states RCA as the issuing label however I can't find any info on this artist on their main web pages. It doesn't help that RCA is again part of Sony.

My vote at this time goes to Syco (no "music" or "records" suffix) Europe.

 A creditable first effort by the 2013 X-Factor UK runner-up, though a few of these songs plainly aren't aimed at middle-aged ears like mine, but given Nicholas' youth, we might have to tolerate that sort of thing for a few years. No Gary Barlow song - surprise, surprise! Although, as annoying as I found GB (though not nearly as annoying as Ronan Keating on Australian X-Factor), I think "The Greatest Day" was a better fit for Nicholas than a couple of the songs here. And "A Thousand Years" didn't really need all the extra synths and percussion, the live audition performance was far more effective. Now, which design numpty thought it was a good idea to put white text against an off-white background on the disc?

An abundance of possible labels here, but Syco Music and RCA seem to be the main ones, with Sony Music as that company's now-standard corporate branding. Like Sam Bailey's album, this one references Sony Music Poland, so advice needed as to whether this is Poland only, UK only, or pan--Europe.
