The tapes were released for the first time in 1985 by RCA on vinyl ("Live At The Harlem Square Club, 1963").
The present CD contains the edited version as first released in 2005 by RCA on CD ("One Night Stand! Sam Cooke Live at the Harlem Square Club").
The concert was to be released initially under the title "One Night Stand!" but was then withheld by RCA.

PhilMH 19th Oct 2014		Well, that's creative! I have the US 8 CD box THE RCA ALBUMS COLLECTION, which also includes his first three (less essential) RCA albums COOKE'S TOUR, HITS OF THE 50'S, and SWING LOW, but does have a booklet with all the composers and recording details, and actual black RCA Victor labels (thought without Nipper, who seems to be back in the doghouse again). Missing, though, are the later albums owned by Abkco, AT THE COPA, AIN'T THAT GOOD NEWS (both of which have been reissued previously) and SHAKE (which hasn't been, though I think most of the tracks have one way or another).
