I apologise Mycdhitzone, if I appear to be more than a little obtuse here...
(Who knows, maybe I am.... perfectly willing to accept that as a possibility :)
... But The only thing on any images I can see on any site with this product to suggest David Arnold performed on it, i on the front: "Music by David Arnold", and then: "Additional programing by David Arnold".
...But that seems like saying "Music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart". True, he wrote it, and in a vague sense of the term, it is by him, but seeing as he's been dead for a few centuries, is unlikely to turn up any time soon as a performer on anyone's CD, whether in the capacity of a conductor, or playing any instrument.
It's vague, iswhat I'm saying, and as the inserts themselves here suggest the was an orchestra, and that orchestra was conducted by Nicholas Dodd (Stated), then it must surely be they who performed the music here recorded.
Now, site guidelines, urge us to enter into the artist field those performing, to the best of our ability to tell, and where anyone looking in the booklet will see only Dodd + orchestra explicitly stated as performing, but David Arnold, at best a secondary programmer / producer / composer, they will, as they have done here onsite, and in accordance with these guidelines enter what is here seen.
Otherwise, as in the example given earlier, Mozart, across site, becomes a not only active artist, but considerably more prolific than his current state of health would allow.
As to why everyone here has gone the same route with artist for this, but everyone over at discogs has gone with David Arnold, is easily explained, in that it has the same principle at work:
Whoever makes the first entry has the details they entered replicated when someone else comes along with an alternate issue, looks at what is already on site (especially where the info on item is vague), and then copies that. In the case of discogs, whoever entered David Arnold first caused the other entries to replicate what I believe to be a mistake in all subsequent entries... whereas here (and it could just be chance that the first entry made here has had the details entered correctly) Orchestra + Dodd is are the details replicated in all subsequent entries made off the back of that.
I would be surprised if all who clicked "Own it" ventured so deeply into who is performing the pieces beyond what is vaguely stated on the front... they accept that whoever entered it must know what they are doing, and it is correct for the item therefore, that they have.
So in a nutshell, I disagree, and won't change the artist... However, another mod may agree with you, and I'll leave it for them to alter as they see fit.
(But I will alter the nation status of this to Europe - until someone comes to ask for it to be changed back :D)
I looked through Ebay to see if I could find another USA Disc with European inserts and found THIS one for sale from Germany, it has the same configuration.
I don't understand what be so dificult to understand David Arnold should be used as performing artist like here https://www.45worlds.com/cdalbum/cd/09026685642 or example John Williams be used here https://www.45worlds.com/cdalbum/cd/0050087329181

Using Orchestra Conducted By Nicholas Dodd is wrong! and don't know why goodbear66 at that.My Die Another Day submission of discogs was first of all cd's of this movie and 299 other people own same version as my version and if whas wrong then i am sjure more then one of them helpt me or have correct the release.
I take your point regarding this particular assemblage of elements: Disc: USA with European inserts... perhaps cobbled together to meet demand, or surplus for other markets perhaps?
(perhaps International is better designation?)
...But regarding the requested Artist adjustment, I have looked at the images for these issues here, and at discogs, and while I can see production and additional programming credits for David Arnold, I cannot see that he is the conductor of the orchestra, and therefore, the artist (performing artist), which should be listed in the artist field here.
As it is, three different people have submitted the three entries here, and all seem to have concluded that Orchestra conducted by Nicholas Dodd was the way to go.
Perhaps someone could check my working out, and offer other opinions.
...I also see, Mycdhitzone, that you yourself are listed as a contributor to the discogs entry Quad linked, so I wonder if you requested the same adjustments there, and perhaps can help us with the history of those discogs entries, any help you could offer would be appreciated :)
Before i at my comment i at smaller with some text that also be avaible on picture 2 and 3. I repeat there is no American version with cat # 9362-48348-2. American release is 48348-2 / https://www.45worlds.com/cdalbum/cd/483482
I bought CD around time of the release back in 2002 and then it seald. This is Europe release using same cat# on the disc as American version, whant not mean that ship American disc. There is also Europe version with 9362483482 on the disc and 9362483482 as cat# https://www.45worlds.com/cdalbum/cd/9362483892
The American release not include text about europe on the backcover. This is why at that smaller picture.
Country should be Europe and there should be note that this Europe release having 48389-2 on the disc (using the same disc as American release) and have cat 9362-48348-2 (with -.) Orchestra Conducted By Nicholas Dodd should be changed in David Arnold.
