I might just add, although I;'m not sure whether it was you, Leonard, or someone else who used the example of Ace UK in another post - Ace/Kent/Big Beat etc releases should, I think, really be listed as UK only releases, even though a lot of their releases are manufactured in Europe; reason being is that Ace don't have any overseas subsidiaries, so even though they do export, and sell their releases via mail order (and supply online dealers like Amazon), they are not "releasing" their product internationally in the same way that the major companies are.
Leonard, a UK (or anywhere) label could well be changed to "World" if it is known that a particular pressing was distributed worldwide, or almost worldwide. It probably doesn't happen with the big acts any more, where each country manufactures their own version, but more marginal acts or reissues are more likely to be manufactured in one country and then farmed out to the companes international branches. So, Disky discs manufactured in the Netherlands are not necessarily Netherlands-only releases, or even Europe-only.
Go ahead, you can always change it later if pressings from other countries turn up (which they might - I've just checked the three Disky releases I have, and one of them was made in Australia, and refers to the 'EMI Group Of Companies Australasia" on the back insert; the other two are Dutch copies).
