on both albums, amazing blondel were john david gladwin, lead vocals, lute, theorboe, cittern, double bass; terence alan wincott, recorders, pipe-organ, vocals (occasionally lead), crumhorn, tabor, pipe, flute, harmonium, lute, harpsichord, piano, percussion, other woodwind; edward baird, lute, cittern, vocals (very occasionally lead), glockenspiel, dulcimer, guitar. chris karan played percussion on the album, "evensong", and adam skeaping, viola da gamba and violone; on the album, " fantasia lindum ", jim capaldi played drums on "siege of yaddlethorpe".
