Notes Tracks 1-14 = The United Artists UK LP, "Early Lightfoot", released 1969. The album was recorded through Autumn 1964 and originally released by Merkin United Artists as "Lightfoot!" in 1966. 2nd guitar, David Rea, except for tracks 2 & 14, Bruce Langhome; bass, Bill Lee. Produced by John Court. Tracks 15-25 = The United Artists LP, "Sunday Concert", recorded live at Massey Hall, Toronto over four nights in March 1969. Red Shea, lead guitar; Rick Haynes, bass; Gordon Lightfoot, rhythm guitar. Recording engineer Elliot Mazer, recording facilities furnished by RCA Montreal & RCA Toronto, remixed by Lightfoot & Mazer at Mirrosound, NY. Produced by Elliot Mazer, production assistant Adam Mitchell. The two albums were remastered for this CD at Sound Recording technology, Cambridge.
