Quicksilver 30th Oct 2017		Review I've seen Coco Montoya several times live, first in John Mayall's band with Walter Trout in 1987. My wife Kristina said: 'this looks like the photo has been taken on a spanish wedding.' And I replied: 'And would you listen to it anyway?' 'Yes sure, put it on!'. So we listened to it while we were doing other things in the house. This is a classic blues album. 11 well-crafted songs. What amazes me most is the elegance of Coco Montoya's musicianship. Just listen to the second guitar solo in 'Monkey see, monkey do'. His guitar playing is so fluent. And there are more great solos in other songs. 'Nice' said Kristina.
