I am unsure of exact date, but it was one of the first CD's that I bought. The disk was made in Japan, and the liners were printed in the U.S.A. Liner notes were printed in yellow ink on white paper - impossible to read! (Negative images shown here)
Great classic album.

PhilMH SUBS 27th Mar 2016		Mid-to-late 1987 is probably right for this, assuming that my Schwanns are accurate - only the LP and cassette versions show up in the Winter 1988 edition published in late 1987, but the CD does appear in the March 1988 CD Catalogue (the earliest one of those that I have). And Platterlog tells me that the Australian catalogue number was D 33669, numerically the same as the LP issue, and had to have been released before August 1988, which is the first Platterlog that I have.
