| | I think the presence of "Sony Music Entertainment" is the reason is this case.... they seem to have adopted the original U.S. Columbia label as a gesture to "authenticity" when they took the reigns... perhaps CBS wasn't sexy enough for them.
I'll wait for a disc scan before moving anything (I haven't trued that yet. - everyday is a new adventure! :) |

| | Sorry MM,of course, you're quite right,i'm talking rubbish (been a long day;),as you rightly point out, they're different labels,so would have to be entered separately,Doh!;)
1/ LABEL = Columbia / Cat.No.'s = CD 32021 / COL CD 32021 / 0320212003 / BARCODE = 5099703202120
2/ LABEL = CBS / Cat.No's = CD 32021 / 467390 2 / BARCODE = 5099703202120
(Another) correction submitted;) |

| | Do you have the vinyl TP?
(or tape?)
... do they sound noticeably better? |

| | What's with the production on this album anyway? I've not yet heard a copy where a selection of the tracks aren't muffled and bassy - I even bought the remaster specifically because of this, but it's just the same. It's blot on a classic album. |

| | It's just the back cover art scans have two distinct labels on.. one is Columbia, the other CBS.
...neither mentions the other name.
I think kab needs to give a disc scan for us to resolve this... if his has a Columbia logo, and doesn't mention CBS at all, then they would have to be two separate entries, despite cat number and barcodes being the same. |

| | I believe all that was needed here was to add a secondary Cat.no.(which i've done),Columbia/CBS will sometimes throw you a curve-ball,by putting a seemingly unrelated/superfluous? extra Cat.No. on the Disc,i've seen it before, but the trick is to look for the CDCBS number around the centre of the Disc, which,in this case,is the correct one "CDCBS - 32021",which indicates that this Disc would have come with/in the CD 32021 artwork/case.So,as they both share a primary Cat.No./label/barcode,the Disc would be fine here IMHO(there is a case of course of making a separate entry,as the secondary Cat.No. might only have been used on frank itiis's release/Disc,and CD 32021 used on kab2112's release/Disc),but i feel that this is one of those occasions, when they both could/should live together to avoid confusion, but that's one for the Mod's to decide;) |

| | yup - hence the two corrections submitted, pointing out the discrepancies: but yr hmbl srppnt. didn't know whether the original poster happened to have the disc shown in the case whose inserts are shown, so couldn't say for certain what'd be sensiblest to do to correct thnigs. . . |

| | I think we have two separate releases on this page: one CBS, one Columbia. |
