 front insert is a folded piece of paper, black and spot colour-printed one side, black-printed t'other
opened, the front insert gives all session dates, and lists the musicians and their instruments:

artie shaw: clarinet and leader on all tracks;

hank freeman, les robinson: alto saxophones
