If not thought about it that much, but now that you mention it, extra art work (and even more accurate disc info) even on the lines of Amazon wouldn't go amiss...
So perhaps this is one aspect of the importance of images on this site that is worth considering.
We do prefer images to be of just one page at a time I if possible... Double spreads, while they show what those pages look like, don't really offer the chance to see individual pages at the required resolution, as you say...
... Rather we would advise, even if the pages are scanned together as one, that they be cropped to two individuals and uploaded separately.
Makes the page look more even and better presented too :)
Could I suggest whoever uploads these scans to please , if at all possible, to make them at least a readable size.. 400 pixels height is just too small to even enlarge - 600 pixels is a minimum acceptable readable size..
With so many legal downloading sites now in existance, many albums from those places come without *any* artwork. In fact I have not seen a single legal site bothering to supply any artworkother than a cover scan (and only sometimes), so this site is becoming crucial now..
