Notes

The album's first release on CD. On the day of its release UK record shop chain HMV produced a special limited edition 12" numbered CD Boxed Set including:

A badge.
A booklet.
Colour photos.

This set had a catalogue number of BEA CD 25/8, and was limited to 10,000 copies.

The CD was also included in the 15 CD Boxed Set The Beatles Box.

Released in the USA in a cardboard long box.

Lee Wrecker 25th May 2017		The 1987 USA CD release of Abbey Road is listed as a separate USA release on the strength of the longbox cat#. Should we do the same hare or change the other listing to international. I previously unsuccessfully attempted to argue the USA release was international but either way surely both releases should be listed the same way. I don't mind how it's listed but there should a consistent approach seeing as both CDs were released at the same time (19th Oct., 1987).

Lee Wrecker 25th May 2017		Why does the UK only cat# CD-PCS 7096 lead the cat#s on this entry when the international cat# CDP 7 46447 2 that appears on all the CDs, inlay and is the cat# for most releases here comes second? Should we change them around?
