This CD
Cat.No.CDP 7 97766 2 / barcode 0077779776627
has 23 tracks (needs to be amended),whereas
Cat.No. CDP 7 97486 2 / CDS RAK 545 / barcode 0077779748624
is a different CD (although they have the same title, same date) which only has 20 tracks.
If there's three extra tracks, this renders the compilation as an entirely new album, thus it warrants a new title and cover artwork, not just a new catalogue number!
The reason no track listing appears on the disc label is due to the large number of "tracks". But the title here is almost somewhat of a misnomer as tracks 1 to 5 or 6 predate the existence of the label this CD purports to celebrate. With the exception of Tobacco Road(Nashville Teens) originally issued on Decca in 1965, the rest of those tracks were on EMI's Columbia label. Hi-Ho Silver Lining, by the way, was co-written by Scott (Brandy) English and Larry (Rhinestone Cowboy) Weiss.
I would say both are UK. Your disc is probably just a later issue where they've decided not to print track details on the disc. It still says on the disc and cd tray insert Made In The UK and Printed in England / Manufactured in England. Discogs also has both discs logged as UK. Your track listing is missing three tracks as well. Track 9 - Dyna - Mite by Mud, Track 17 - Devil Gate Drive by Suzi Quatro and Track 22 - Cambodia by Kim Wilde
