Syd Vliet 14th Aug 2014		The 16 page booklet is made up of sections from the reverse side of the original LP poster showing individual band member pics with their instruments, plus the gatefold sleeve painting (again cut into sections). Neither the front side of the poster or the inner sleeve graphics, depicting a plane door gradually opening, are reproduced on the CD artwork.
