Perhaps the Notes should read: Tracks from imaginary films - as none of them exist.
Considering the sleeve notes include what the individual members of U2 are doing, it's hardly just an Eno/Bono project? - which it patently isn't given that The Edge is very obviously all over it - in case anyone is actually listening...
But considering only 1 other person actually owns this original UK released copy, I can only assume that many have only heard this on the completely useless mp3 format.
I think you are right - the "band/collective" is Passengers even though it is known as a Eno/Bono project and shown in lots of U2 discograhies. There is a bit more information available on Wikipedia.
As quoted on Wikipedia, Larry Mullins, Jr. (U2 drummer) sums it up when he says "There's a thin line between interesting music and self-indulgence. We crossed it on the Passengers record."
An awkward one this, nowhere in the fold-out does it actually list who's playing on each individual track, just who is "guesting" of "featuring",so have gone with the overall collective name of "Passengers".Electronic/Rock/Experimental/Ambient.
