 Thanks to gregs78s for the scans, while I had mine opened took the opportunity to add the rest of the cover inlay scans. If some kind Mod could slot them in between images 1038319 & 1038320 please

 Looks like a different release as seen here. Oddly enough Discogs has the German disc as an EU release I would say because they don't have scans of the disc on-site. But EU or Germany, the inclusion of the CID 8149 marks it out as different release. I opened my disc up and the disc has Made In Germany

 Made in Europe or Germany? My copy is "almost" identical, anyway no Obi, no CID 8149 catalogue and Made in the EU on the CD instead of Made in Germany...
