"From Hamburg to Broadcasting House 1961-62, this album features a wonderful compilation of rare recordings and radio broadcasts from 1961-1963. Including unusual gems like the performance of Chuck Berry's 'Ain't She Sweet' and 'I'm Talking About You' with John Lennon on lead vocal. There's also a rare opportunity to hear the only Harrison/Lennon composition the haunting 'Cry For A Shadow' the Beatles own tribute to the legendary Hank Marvin. There's also the rare opportunity to hear Pete Best on drums and make a direct comparison with Ringo. Also featured are the best of the recordings with Tony Sheridan. Finally there is the original mono B-side version of 'P.S. I Love You' and don't forget the first ever Beatles single - the mono version of the magical 'Love Me Do'."
