Promotional only CD, comes in jewel case without a front card/cover art, but has a one-sided inlay in the back of the jewel case. Most notable 4 having the only appearance of the 6:20 stereo Sly and the Family Stone track "Thank You (Falettinme Me Be Mice Elf Agin)". Apparently Sly & the Family Stone jammed quite a bit longer than the standard 4:47 commercial edit release...
