This release was cancelled by Capitol due to their failure to get legal clearance on the four demo recordings (Tracks 16 through 20).
However, BMG Music Service had licensed the disc for sale to their club members, received the discs from Capitol, and offered them for sale.
Disc was only available from the BMG Music Service for a very brief time before they were notified by Capitol to cease distribution of the disc.
