PhilMH SUBS 14th Apr 2016		Festival screwed up the booklet here - unlike the first volume, they removed the original US 45 numbers and US publishers, but also removed the writer credits! US catalogue number SCD-88008-2 appears on the back cover and on the booklet, but not on the spine or the disc itself, and as Festival only used D 26521 for cataloging and ordering purposes, I have only entered that number. Like the first volume, this may or may not also be a New Zealand release.
