Magic Marmalade 8th Mar 2017		Review Another 90s classic. One of those from which a couple of big singles contributed to the sound of the times, but I didn't really give the whole album much of my attention... seemed a little "samey", in that you've heard one track from the album, you've pretty much heard them all. ...A bit superficial to my ears, one of those overproduced, trying too hard pose fests. But I was out a druidin' t'other day (and visiting a couple of charity shops on the way back... nice how two different interests can compliment each other that way isn't :), and this popped up randomly on the Mp3 player... ...turns out it's one of those that's great walking music... driving and compelling music (not too fast tempo, as per jogging or "excercising" music) that keeps the legs moving regular for forty mins or so, can drown out traffic noise, and gives a good lift when you need it. Probably time to revisist a few of these kind of albums, now they've had some time out of the spotlight. 4 people found this review helpful. ✔︎ Helpful Review?
