Disc 3 Track 8 by Helen Merrill is on the Track Listing as Atco 6159.
Atco 6159 was two tracks from her LP 'American Country Songs (33-112). One of these tracks was the oft recorded C&W Standard 'You Don't Know Me'. It must have been their intention to include this track on the Compilation but instead they used 'You Don't Know What Love Is' which
can be found on the 1960 RCA Italiana LP 'Parole E Musica'
I mixed up the numbers. Don't know how I came up with Track 07 which has the correct track.
I meant Track 15 is reversed with Track 02 on my copy (disc 1).
Track 02 on my copy is "Poison Ivy" and Track 15 is "Besame Mucho, Pt. 1"
I apparently have a mispressed CD. It could be the problem was corrected and I got a CD that got through QC.
I just listened to my copy of CD 1: track 2 is "Besame Mucho, Pt. 1", track 15 (!) "Poison Ivy", both by the Coasters. Track 7 is by Carla and Rufus, as listed in the entry.
The writing credits are hidden behind the CDs. You can read them after removing a CD from its clear tray.
If you own this 3 CD set. Please check disc 1. Two "The Coasters" tracks are reversed. Track 2 "Besame Mucho, Pt.1" is really Track 7 and Track 7 "Poison Ivy", is Track 2. Atleast it is, on the set I own. Maybe, One Day Music corrected this.
Was curious where the writing credits came from? My set doesn't include them. There is no booklet.. just sleeve Notes by Brian Parks.
I will say the discs aren't easy to remove from the clear trays.
