plocky45 SUBS 27th Aug 2017		There are some decent performances here. Powerhouse and Live in London were standard 70s issue live albums, and Nobody's Perfect and Come Hell or High Water is reunion stuff. The sections that particularly interest me here are the tracks from Scandinavian Nights, an album not available at the time but which has earned a strong reputation latterly. Also On The Wings of A Giant Foxbat, which was originally a well-known bootleg and I've still to hear.



Lee Wrecker 27th Aug 2017		Hey Greg, apparently "Highway Star" is tacked onto 3-4 Going Down but unlisted on the tracklist. Personally, I'm not fussed with Deep Purple but this set looks great and I'm strangely interested in how good it might be. Do you know the sources of the recordings already and is it looking promising? I should have known I asked the question and then the scan appeared with all the details. Cheers.
